So apparently I was supposed to put the turkey in the refrigerator a couple of days ago. Which seems simple enough. Except for the part where I put it in the freezer. It appears that turkey must defrost.
I have quite possibly ruined Thanksgiving.

It wasn't a big deal. I mean, that is if you don't mind eating the turkey hours after every other family in the neighborhood has eaten their's! It was funny and slightly amusing and the walk was great.
When in reality, you quite saved Thanksgiving. Who wants to be like other people anyways. Not me.
I think that thanksgiving turned out just fine. It will make a great story!
